1. Pick your font and set your type
2. Effect>Warp>Arc (get your arc in your type select Edit>Expand Appearance before moving to the next step)
3. Effect>3D>Extrude & Bevel (make your type 3d... then expand the appearance again to make it permanent once you're happy w/it)
4. Ungroup and recolor... to color this on the fly can be a pain especially using the 3D tool. As you're really just preparing your vectors w/the above steps I always wait and color / perfect everything when I'm done w/ steps 1-3.
