passionate opinions shared as fact? something emotional must have occurred...

take away guns and people stop dying, so what? those same people are still miserable, unhealthy, and uninsured as they drown in debt. they'll find other ways to die.

no guns in china, but people are committing suicide jumping off the building they built your phone in.

no guns in japan so they go in the woods to commit suicide from shame.

no one cares to bemoan guns once a celebrity has committed suicide, but suicide by gun takes far greater lives than these mass shootings.

i personally believe humans should be allowed to commit suicide, personal choice. but emotional vocal humans who believe their opinion matters more than the individual seek to make that a crime as well.

people, nothing more than control issues. it's easier to tell other people what to do than control yourself i guess, right? religion anyone?

    • aren't humans allowed to commit suicide already? It is a choice. someone could off themselves today if they wanted.capn_ron
    • if you don't succeed, I think there are punishmentsmonospaced
    • i think you are right, but less punishments and more mental health reviews/stays, no?capn_ron
    • Wasn't it shown that Foxconn's suicide rate was actually lower than the national average?detritus
    • It should also be a right to not to be gunned down in cold blood whilst at a concert, school, or place of work by some cunt unable to process disappointment.monoboy
    • you're right about suicide ... guns don't increase the rate of it (I don't think), nor would the regulation or ban of assault weapons change it in any waymonospaced
    • anyway, gun suicide might be a big number, but it's a personal choice and it doesn't take the lives of dozens innocent bystanders like a mass shooting doesmonospaced
    • people commit suicide so we should stop trying to prevent people being murdered by guns?lowimpakt
    • we should stop trying to take away guns from responsible gun owners because of a small percentage that are irresponsible.imbecile
    • that's a separate point from the one you wrote 7 paragraphs about :)monospaced
