Best of thelast potlucks I went to:
- bag full of those little hamburgers from McDonald's. (not me, but it was very popular)
- Beets salad, with goat cheese
- Toasted pita breads, with herbs, salt and olive oil. Easy to make and since everyone brings salad, crunchy stuff is always pleasing
- Homemade cheese muffins (+1 if you're able to bring them still a bit warm)
