    Any tips?

I've got this old file from a client that I can't get the original of. It's a web file that needs to be used in a show stand. It's really ropey. How can I create a high res version of it? Clean lines etc.

    Sample:

I've tried Index Colours in PS and live trace in illustrator.

    • Rebuild by hand in vectorimbecile
    • Try ON1 Resize, it enlarges images but is smart enough to recognise and preserve lines and edges to preserve image quality.face_melter
    • I bought it for work, but I think there's a 30 day fully-working trial.face_melter
    • build a grid over the image, snap to grid, start building shapes, color picker to fill it in. you now have the highest quality version of that image in vector.imbecile
    • Thanks guys. I'm on the recreation in AI now.Hayzilla
    • Live Trace should be able to handle it, with tweaking.i_monk
