    Getting old. Have semi gotten away with not doing a lot of exercise and eating so so. Last 6 months has caught up with me...everything aches all the time. Too much time at the desk and working from home. I need to start getting active again. I walk a bit but I don't think it's enough. Need to get my blood pumping and also think I need to do some resistance/weight work. My body feels like it's about to break into pieces.

    • Suggest Wim Hof technique to start with. Pretty easy to do. Will have great results. Get you feeling better and ready to exerciseset

    • Try riding a bike. It's an easy and fun way to get moving again, and it doesn't feel like working out like in a gym.monospaced
