    you can also consider a subtractive engraver that removes the metal from your substrate.

    • May as well just go with a well-tooled CNC, which can do that and more besides.detritus

    • The grass looks greener for a cnc machine that can carve over a laser. I've had to buy 5-6 tubes in my lifetime, each one costing me $500+omg
    • You should buy American, then :) My tube's lasted over 8 years... But then it cost me a fucking fortunedetritus

    • I could have shelled out for the pricier tubes to save 30%, but after one froze in the winter and broke. I'd worry about buying them. USA made may be betteromg
