At this point, if the rest of the world are clever — and I sincerely hope they are — they would give Trump exactly the same treatment Hollywood gave him. Ignore him, don't include him or even invite him to anything. Treat him like the pathetic little man-baby he is, and make him have a fucking time-out for the rest of his miserable term, however long that may be.
Any new international treaties, any new big deals, any new agreements, any major summits, any initiatives meant to make this world a better place ... just simply don't invite him. Exclude him. The rest of the world doesn't have time for him. Leave him behind.
Those of you in the US ... it's only going to get worse before it gets better, I'm afraid.
