if what you've seen of bedsty or bushwick doesn't turn you on already, no please don't more there. your gentrification will only drive prices up for the people who live there. i love bedsty and bushwick just the way they are now. i live in west harlem at the moment. my apt is huge and recently remodeled but i hope to move back to Brooklyn soon we if its a downsize in space.
but id never buy in New York. I'll be putting my money on California real estate.
