  See this guy in a subway stairwell every morning during my NYC commute.
  At first thought 'why do i see this dude everyday at the same time hanging out on the stairs'. After a couple months of seeing him nearly everyday, i catch him following a girl up the stairs with his phone under her skirt.
  He knows i caught him and still showed up to do it again. So i take his picture and he FREAKS out. I stood there laughing at him and he takes off.

  Now he's back again.
