Moving from our condo to a house in July. Yet here I sit struggling like a hoarder while cleaning out the garage for the move. What stays, what goes? I know my JVC bass tube boomboox is coming along. :)
- I'm from the UK and always wondered what a condo is. I know I could google it but can you tell me. Is it a duplex? Like a 2 level apartment?fadein11
- If so in UK we generally call them maisonettes (which sounds like a bad all girl soul band I know).fadein11

- this side of the pond we don't really have flats. You either own the entire house, and perhaps have tenants or you rent an apartmentGnash
- By flats, I mean one you can own. If a house has 2 apartments, it's very unusual to have an owner for each.Gnash
