QBN. I would like some feedback since a lof of you are designers and creators. This would pertain to my design career.
I have recently taken Simon Sineks Why Discovery Course and merged tactics with the compound effect workshops and other books I read to find my purpose, values, and beliefs.
A couple strong themes came to the forefront.
1. Encouraging inclusiveness provides opportunity.
2. Guided love and encouragement boosts self-esteem.
3. Generosity and collaboration reduces riskFrom these I created my why statement:
To be more collaborative and generous with our clients so that they can feel more confident and successful serving their customers. What do you guys think of this statement? What do you think a client would feel from this statement from their point of view?
- After reading it a couple of times, I got it. It makes sense but maybe there's a better way to say that?Maaku
- lol, you found your "purpose, values and beliefs" in workshops and books? the result is a "why statement" that sounds like standard creative boilerplatemonospaced
