sites like 10minutemail.com is a problem, it's basically built for easily creating troll accounts
ban the @hvrht.net email domain for new registrations, and that would take care of 10minutemail, it's most likely where our troll gets his emails for his registration.
if anyone knows other sites like 10minutemail, please post it in the comments :)
