    Oh dear, I've just realised I sent an email yesterday recommending someone instead try companies that specialise in "production and personalisation of trophies" when she asked about what I now realise was clearly the personalisation of a PLAQUE commemorating what sounds like the passing of someone dear to her.

    "Congratulations on your death!"
