I just auto-reacted to my cheap, heavy Stanley knife falling off the side of a work bench, but failed to prevent it crashing off a stool and onto the floor, breaking a cheap and wholly-disposable Stanley blade.
I did, however, succeed in getting it to describe a neat lateral slice down the side of my right ring finger as it fell, so there's blood everywhere and the angle's such that I don't think I can bodge it back together with a bit of Superglue.
Super excellent fail!
