Democrats and Liberal pundits are already celebrating that this healthcare plan will ensure they take back Congress.

Meanwhile, Republicans are like, "Oh you think so? Have you even met the idiots who vote in this country? We literally won the last election with a red hat and moronic slogan about the good ol' days."

    • dems need to start putting forth real policies that benefit everyone, especially the voters they lost. this is a starting point but hard work is ahead.dorf
    • ^ yes, they do need to do something. The loss should have woken them up, they need a united message.formed
    • Indeed. While protests are essential and vital, a coherent, alternative, argument is better. Stageplays on Broadway or pink hats won't change anyone's mind.face_melter
    • uphill battle. doesn't matter how many more voters they get in big city, dem strongholds.IRNlun6
    • They need to connect with flyover country, working class middle America again. Not exactly a strong demographic for Dems.IRNlun6
    • no it's the republicans that need to start writing policies that benefit people... they spent nearly a decade rejecting them from democrats alreadymonospaced
    • Especially since they have that flyover demographic already, plus the White House, senate and congress. That they can't write shit is embarrassing.monospaced
    • I'm not holding my breath for the GOP to do one single thing for America. I had a (little) hope Trump wouldn't such a push over and actually make a "great"formed
    • healthcare plan, a la expanded Medicare, but my blind hope was short sighted. I am now confident they will do as much damage to the country while running debtformed
    • up and up. Fuck American's as long we have super nukes to brag about.formed
