Looking to get slim / straight pants. Cotton twill chino style, maybe even wool if not too thick.
Slim straight (read: not skinny) fit without the baggy bulky waist / pockets.
Any suggestions?
- where are you? try american eagle outfitters. seriously. they have a stretch style of slim straight that are the most comfortable ever.kona
- bonobos or banana republicmonospaced
- Dockers Alpha Slim Tapered. I was on this same journey forever. I really like these except for the Dockers logo.section_014
- weargustin.com $
everlane.com $
wingsandhorns.com $$$dorf - Thank you all. I thought to try h&m. With everything online, sucks having to order a few pair from each to find the right fit / size.imbecile
- No two stores fit the same, even if you buy the same style and measurements. My fave is J Crew 484 (tend to have the best fit for me and the best colors)nb
- Banana Republic Fulton is good, but a bit skinnier (but not crazy skinny). Their Aiden is a bit too loose in the leg.nb
- Uniqlo usually has good chinos, but their fit this year is shit. I think they took a risk and screwed it up.nb
- H&M has the worst fitting pants, in my opinion. I think they design their shit so average teenage boys will like it, and teenage boys generally like garbage.nb
- Armani Exchange. Great fit.
Hugo Boss Red is nice too.sofakingback - picked up some ae slim straight and orig straight, banana republic aiden, and english laundry walker for now. thanks againimbecile
