I wish I could remember the source but I read recently that Trump is, like Nixon during the height of the Cold War, an as yet unreadable wildcard.
It was the first time since he came to office I had any hope about his geopolitical ploys.
if neither China nor Russia know what they're dealing with; If they've little idea of Trump's capacity for ruthelessness... well, that plays to America's strengths.
