    I love my current apartment... southern view... lots of sun in the afternoon... cool mornings... great location and floor level in the complex too.

    The complex was bought-out about a year ago by a really solid property management company. They're renovating everything... completely gutting all the apartments (from appliances to wasted space (useless walls / dividers / soffits etc all gone)... all hardwood, stainless everything... granite countertops / bathrooms.

    I've been bummed that I'm about to lose my apartment as we're being forced to move to a renovated apartment when the lease is up. There are only 5 other apartments w/the same view etc... so I snooped around the management office the other day and was able to finagle some info on the status of these other apartments w/the view...

    ... not only did I manage to get one... but I've finally unlocked an achievement that many people dream of but rarely achieve themselves... I'm getting apartment #420.
