New company partners means new and exciting ways for them to find things to meddle with and give them something to do. Today's fantastic carnival of oblivion stops at The Graphics Department.
Our 3D graphics department is two people.
We basically work day-to-day. Jobs are parachuted onto us with two or three days notice. A week if we're lucky. We have an extremely streamlined system which works, now we have this giggly cunt talking about producing workflow images (whatever the fuck they are. No-one in the office is bothered 'how' we work. I get a model, I whack some textures onto it, render, Photoshop, done. *jazz hands*), animation (of which we have no capacity whatsoever), and just general time-wasting tomfuckery which could be applicable to a larger team with a more concise work structure. I went from finishing one job yesterday, to being told this morning about two that need to be done for tomorrow.
