My partners and I put together a large estimate for a project. Now the client want us to give them them advice and best practice for working in the platform so they can make a proof of concept. They want this POC to strengthen the project proposal based off the estimate and road map we made for them.

Should we start billing them now for these support requests? Or be helpful in the hopes they go with us on this project and make up our time then. What is the balance of not nickel-and-diming the client?

    Thanks!

    • POC is an other transaction, and has to paid before the project starts. they can simply walk away with that... 3-7% of the entire projectsted
    • tell them the POC will cost x, which a portion of would be pro-rated off the main job -- if you get itGnash
    • thanks guys, i haven't ever proposed a project this large, i don't want to get screwed over.BabySnakes
