"They should get what they paid for, the rest is up to you and the reputation you want."
I take that note into consideration.... and then i get angry all over again bc they got 95% of the deliverables and the only thing they were waiting for is a print job that is on the way to my studio.
They are only 30% payed up and have almost all of the work online. I am still admin or owner of a lot of the domain, hosting, social media. It is so tough not to go on a scorch the earth rampage right now. "Reputation" concerns is the only thing keeping me a bit sane on this one.
- does the contract state anything about deliverables upon full payment... or something?Knuckleberry

- I'd avoid scorching any earth, but I guess you could lock them out of all the accounts - change passwords etc - until they pay.hans_glib
- That can open you up to a legal shit storm. Be careful.formed
- lock them out but don't take it down. they'll need the logins to fulfill orders so they'll be getting back to you soon :)shellie
- also if the print job is on the way to your studio, keep it. don't deliver it to them but don't cancel the job.shellie
- just take them down and blame the dns not being payedArchitectofFate
