What a weird fucking world we live in

Donald Trump is president...and talking about god and Jesus.

Talks about "power to the people", while preparing huge tax cuts for the rich and implementing the right-wing agenda of the same corrupt Congress that has been in power for the past six years.

    • What's different to any other president?set

    • There was a glimmer of hope that he might be independent but it's looking more and more like he'll just fit right in with the agendaset
    • The difference is they haven't been able to implement their agenda over the past decade because control was split between two parties.yuekit
    • Now that Republicans have complete control they get to push through every far-right regressive policy they always wanted...wait and see.yuekit
    • the king is dead; long live the kingvero_vandal
    • and I think he is putting Republican lawmakers on notice with that speechvero_vandal
    • If Republicans push for all far-right policies as claimed, they won't hold onto power for long.IRNlun6
    • The election of President Trump should be enough to show that many are not willing to vote for the same old party politics shit.IRNlun6
    • Yep, regardless of how he is as president, the fact he won is a good sign of the progression of human consciousness.set
    • ... and if you're part of the trump hate brigade then congratulations on being a media brainwashed monkey.set
    • After all that's exactly what the mainstream media wants. An upset, fearful, angry, divided nation...set
    • I don't think the media has a plan, they are just in it for the money. If the goal was to prevent Trump from being elected, then why did they give him 10 timesyuekit
    • the coverage of other candidates?yuekit
