It's awkward to put my foot down about scope creep for clients that are outside of advertising. When the client and the client side producer have zero web experience, they're always unprepared to be cut off. I have an iron clad contract and scope of work defined and signed, but despite the warnings they keep trickling in changes instead of giving all-encompassing notes, burning rounds like they have very deep pockets for change orders. Today is the day - no change order, no changie. Sorry guys but labor is labor and I'll work forever with indecisive people as long as they're paying for their "let's try this" exploration after each round.
