if you're DIYing it (I assume you're not) you could contact local CNC companies who work with metal and get them to make a mould for you.
As it happens, I'm playing around with such things myself at the moment, with a long-term eye to outsourcing, to which I'd assumed 'China' (sadly). if you're still looking in 6 months, bump this thread :)
- I've just done a basic google search for 'silicone moulding services' and found a few here in Blighty. Finding a service on Alibaba is proving a little trickierdetritus
