I flew 47,000 miles in 2016. That's 3,000 away from United bullshit gold status.
Yesterday I took a day off and flew to LA and back to get the miles to get the status. 11 hours in a plane. $300. It will be worth it next year.
And since I've never seen Breaking Bad, I decided to get into it yesterday. Wow...good shit!- You took a flight just to get air miles?

- I fly a lot for work. And with gold, you can book an extra leg room seat when you buy your ticket. I'm 6'3" so that is worth it for me. With silver you have...stoplying
