Went today to this web designer job interview.
At the beginning I showed a bit of lack of interest but as I was seating there I started to realize it could be an opportunity.They needed someone who could deliver immediately without learning curve and we skipped the basic project layout exercise.
They wanted me to do it in Photoshop...I thought they would ask me to do the HTML/CSS or maybe a mockup in Illustrator.
They said Javascript was old school.
And one of the interviewers insisted that I send them a some of layouts in a couple of weeks.
They said that they liked my work and saw I understand and know about graphic design and that I was really easy going.
But needed more proofs and garanties.
I realized it could have been for me and the door is not totally closed but I had to be honest with them.
