    Backed up my girlfriends photos, contacts and whatsapp to Google on her Android phone as the storage was full, and factory reset it. I assured her not to worry, it's all backed up, I've done it plenty of times of my phones and has always worked a treat.

    Everything is gone. Nothing on the Google back up. Absolutely fuck-nothing. Even though it said it had all synced. I now have the blame for deleting 2000 of her photos and every contact she had. Fuck you Google!
