Wed. eve I was in a crowded whole foods & a woman dropped her wallet, some random dude pointed to another woman who he thought it fell from and I ran after her like a dummy -- it wasn't hers. I turned around and the other woman was gone, not even sure what she looked like @ that point.
The guy felt bad, & I'm standing there like an ass in a crowded supermarket wondering if to give it to customer service who I looked over @ and my guess was that they weren't going to put it in the mail but hold on to it in a bin for a few years.
Trying to figure out why I was so hot with annoyance about having to throw it in the mail.
PSA, please strap your wallets to yourselves.
