I got to see Ben Folds a few weeks ago. I've been a fan for a while, not so much his newer stuff but.
At the intermission he asked everyone to go into the lobby where there was paper and pencils for everyone to write down their requests for the second set. Then you make a paper airplane and he had everyone throw them on stage and he would pick up random airplanes. He picked up my airplane and played a song I requested. Pretty cool!
