    a/c breaks in my apartment, management makes me wait 2 months, i constantly complain. finally they call and say they have a new unit for me... then i get this bullshit

    so the guy cuts some wood to support the a/c while telling me its less btu's and will not cool half of my apartment.

    what a dumpster fire...how the fuck is this acceptable
