Was just having an internal dialogue, trying to explain something to myself. I had to stop and remind myself that it's fine, I already understand, obviously, it's me trying to explain it.

    • Do it all the time. Usually I'm justifying my actions to myself. Absolutely bullshiting myself. "Oh I need this brownie cause I played football yesterday."HAYZ1LLLA
    • How much energy we must expend having utterly superfluous internal conversations with ourselves. We're all bonkers.set
    • It's probably really really important for our brains to do it.HAYZ1LLLA
    • I'm not sure about that. Obviously sometimes we need that process, but I reckon most of it is utterly useless, wasteful and even detrimental to our wellbeingset
    • When I get a glimpse of an idea I have to articulate it in my head to fully understand it. That could the process you're referring to (not about justification).ORAZAL
    • I think this is kinda what dreams are ... the brain just going through scenarios and working shit out while you sleepmonospaced
    • too much weed? not joking - one week you complain about terrible memory, the next about voices in head - perhaps time to lay off for a bit?fadein11

    • Everyone else seems to understand and recognise the concept except you. Haha. Your continual and pointless attacks on me just embarrass yourself. Give it a restset
    • set definitely has anger issues and some minor mental problems from time to time but he's not thick. Alright! How dare you.HAYZ1LLLA
