    Three Physical Virtues:

    No Killing. Nurturing and Sustaining of life.
    No Stealing and engage in giving.
    Abandon sexual misconduct and maintain your ethics.

    Four Verbal Virtues:

    Stop lying and speak the truth.
    Abandon divisiveness and speaking harmoniously.
    Stop harsh words and speak lovingly.
    Stop senseless talk and talk sensibly.

    Three Mental virtues:

    Abandon covetousness and cultivate joy for others prosperity.
    Abandon harmful thoughts and cultivate helpfulness.
    Abandon fallacies and learn the truth.
