  My partner needs some sort of feature in her email which analyses for length and upon detecting it, stores mail she's sent for a few hours, scans for names, swaps them around and then sends it back to her - idea being to check whether she'd offend herself.

  She's English as a Second Language, so pehaps it's just that, but boy can she come across like a total bitch sometimes, even when she's not intending to.
