Just started a 30 day workout challenge and I'm on day 4. I'm still amazed how sore I am and how hard it is. These excercisesites were so easy just a few years ago. But with all the travel and moving around I completely stopped focusing on my health the last few years.

I think I've shared before that I smoke weed every night to sleep through the night. I haven't had more than a couple dabs in the last four days (during the day) and I'm sleeping like a rock. I totally thought YouTube fitness videos were lame as fuck but it's the only thing I will for sure be able to get to consistently. You guys should try it if your having energy or insomnia problems - it's kind of changing my life right now. I'm trying out lots of short 15 minute workouts, something I know I can always make time for and is over before I feel like giving up. Now we'll see if I stick with it.

    • don't overtrain.
training when still sore from prev workout = tendonitis
      drgs
    • but what if im almost always sore after any type of workout? I'm definitely doing simpler variations to make thing easier on me thoshellie

    • its always the case when you've done nothing a while and then suddenly pick up wotking out again. if you're consistent you'll never get sore, but it comes laterdrgs
    • chacnes are you'll just demotivate yourself from ever working out againdrgs
