Judge rules against four survivors of the Aurora shooting, and they are ordered to pay $700,000 in lawyers' fees to Cinemark. The four had been suing Cinemark for not doing enough to protect their patrons.

- Not saying the the theater is to blame but they spent several million on a defense but offered almost nothing as a settlement. Just sad really.monospaced
