I've been working on sensors to upgrade our DOOH arsenal, I truly believe in smarter advertising, maybe they will be a little more invasive, but at least they'll be tailor made for you.

so here's a little demo of what it can do.

    • dunno what the point of that is, but it's cool.hans_glib
    • @hans, quick proof of concept I have done.
Let's say you're about to repeint your room and saw a shade of blue in a magazine you like, you can now bring this
      GeorgesII
    • magazine to your hardware store, they'll scan the color and prepare it for you.
e.g2: you're seating at the bus stop, you're wearing blue shorts, when you seat

    • down, the LCD display woud play a prerecorded video that we set ofr each type of colors. blue = sea; white = snow vacation; red = coca cola, etc, etc, :)GeorgesII
    • so a walk in the woods generates an ad for bog roll?hans_glib
    • nope, wearing green will trigger a nice advertising about walking in the wood and taking a nice sweet nature shit, sponsored by Cotonelle™GeorgesII
    • not quite so tailored, more random if it's just done by colour?hans_glib
    • Its a very cool tech, nice workNutter
    • Well done !... Very good concept !gonzalle
    • awesomemoldero
    • Neat... but how accurate is it?detritus
    • It's quite accurate for the price, if the client wants it, then we will invest in something more serious.@hans, you can get result similar to the pixy, exceptGeorgesII
    • that the sensor itself has to be in contact with the material. http://www.robotshop…GeorgesII
    • lol @ developing optics technology and the goal is "better advertising"cannonball1978
