LOL. Trump is railing on the media again, and tweeted this over the weekend:

"It is not "freedom of the press" when newspapers and others are allowed to say and write whatever they want even if it is completely false!"

He must be oblivious to the fact that what they're often reporting on, and truthfully reporting on, are the lies he says every single day.

    • He's got the best lies .... the best.
      tremendous and bigly.

    • And he's right. That's not the meaning of "freedom of the press" at all. Not even close. Of course, his definition isn't correct either, except in his head.monospaced
    • Trump built his whole political career out of lying about and smearing his opponents. His supporters cheered it on. Now they cry about press not being fair.yuekit
    • Seems to work pretty well for him though. Do as I say, not as I do.monkeyshine
    • @monkey... so, insulting journalists and war heroes, ensuring the entire nation is aware of his dumbshit tactics, and plunging his ratings is working well? hahamonospaced
    • It worked for him in the primaries when he only had to appeal to the redneck and far right crowd. Not so well now.yuekit

    • I mean, the asshole went on stage and suggested "start taking their press credentials away from them." SERIOUSLY.monospaced
    • That is literally the definition of violating the freedom of the press, and this asshole is trying to invoke it. He doesn't even realize what a hypocrite he is.monospaced
    • It's ironic and amazing that he can say shit like that and his supporters rage on about how unfair the press is to him. Evil idiot savante?monkeyshine
