    So I also had this problem with my MB Pro early 2011 where the GPU is fucked and watched all those videos on how to repair it and all...

    I went to the Apple Store this morning, and the repair is free because it is a recurrent problem with this model!
    In 3-5 days I'll have my laptop repaired.

    • I thought the recall ended last year. I got mine fixed last year, never had a problem with mine (2011) until 2015, runs perfectly fine now.sofakingback
    • swapped board, no problem.. a week later battery expanded.. apple were like, 130 euro please for a new batteryautoflavour
    • I actually got a new solid state drive out of my deal. they said my old one wouldn't mount. BS. I connected it and everything was fine. Free SSD :)sofakingback
