I recently had a conversation with a cousin of mine that runs a t-shirt printing biz. he oversees the design/marketing team and he was telling me that he'd be thrilled if they worked a solid 3 hours a day but happy with 2hrs. He knows most people fuck the dog all day -- as he remembers doing himself before running his own biz -- so he tries to keeps his expectations realistic.
