hate it or love it, it's revolutionary and more of this is here to stay.

    this is the future.

Augmented reality and Virtual reality are about to transform our lives (and especially our children's lives)

    • totally agree. Virtual Reality is the next BIG thing for sure.Bennn
    • Google Glass and shits like that are coming and will be adopted by a large public.Bennn
    • just reread what i wrote and obviously I stated the obvious. haha! but yeah.. just looking at the bigger picture, you know?Krassy
    • revolutionary in which sense/way? just asking.oey
    • in the sense that it opens up a new world right in front of the user, times a million, bound only by the limits of the human imagination.prophetone
    • what's to say that it will not become so entrenched in our lives that any person could conceivably 'live' inside a virtual world of their design, 24/7prophetone
    • yep really don't get the hate for it - it's massive leap forward in technology that hasn't quite delivered up until now... and looks like loads of fun - not tofadein11
    • mention the benefits of getting kids to move around more.fadein11
    • today we're seeing AR VR through a screen and clunky head boxes, imagine this tech advanced x1000 and integrated into contact lenses, eye and sensory implantsprophetone
    • I only see hype and none of the practical stuff with ARpango
    • I was never a big fan of implants, I guess that can change too.oey
    • imagine a future where this becomes involuntary...prophetone
    • you are scaring me now prophetoneoey
    • haha, well... we are the human race, how far will we push this? what if one day it is seen as a form of population control? Think of the power it wields.prophetone
    • yes, that definitely scares me that power it wields ;) I have nothing against it, I mean the game, I'm not into games that much or curious enough.oey
    • I find it crazy though how it's like banging so hard right now.oey
    • Population control? Like leading people off a clif?pango
    • Like presenting a world before their eyes to keep people 'happy' and satisfied with life, in control. Despite the truth being the opposite.prophetone
    • "Like leading people off a cliff?..." well never mind the future, didn't hundreds of Pokemon Go users rush to Santa Monica Pier last night?prophetone
    • It's the tip of the iceberg. will be interesting to see how this technology is integrated with marketing and advertising.sea_sea
    • ^ this.Krassy
