I have the Z5 Compact and think it is, hands-down, the best phone I have owned - having used various Apple and Android handsets over the years. It looks great, feels solid, and has excellent battery life thanks to the smaller screen.
I only ever really use phones for playing music, so having the expandable storage is great - with a 32GB card I can carry 2500+ tracks and not even touch the storage on the phone itself.
If you are after a smaller phone, I would heartily recommend the Z5 and even the Z3 which, truth be told, isn't a kick in the arse away from the Z5 in terms of performance - especially now that it has a legit developer version of Android N.
- and it's waterproof, so when you're fighting tigers and need to escape, you can leap in rivers.face_melter
- some reviews says the 720p screen is disapointing, are you disapointed?Bennn
- Not at all - those kind of specs mean shit-all to me. There's no need for a screen of that size to be above 720p. It's bright and has colour balance options.face_melter
- If you're the kind of person who is het up about phone ppi then you need to have a word with yourself.face_melter
- Not you, *you*, of course - the wider, public, meaning of the word.face_melter
- are games crisps?Bennn
- Dunno. Not a phone game person, at all. But I will say this - it can get noticeably hot if stressed, like using the internet for prolonged periods.face_melter
- One of the known issues with the 810 chip, not only on the Z5 but across all phones which use it.face_melter
