Even with demographic differences among races, we still have a Black President, a Black Attorney General, Black and Hispanic Supreme Court Justices, Black and Hispanic Senators and Congressmen/women, Law Enforcement, Attorneys, Local Legislators, Teachers, etc, etc...

We have neighborhoods with high crime rates for any number of reasons that tend to be made up of racial minorities so you will see disproportionate policing relative to other racial demographic neighborhoods. Police shootings are in large part occuring in poor, high crime rate areas.

Law enforcement reacts to certain problems within communities. They're dispatched to those communities by superior officers who are pressured by legislators to cut down on crime.

No one can ignore the history of racial tension in this country, but to insinuating that black and hispanic people are being hunted by police based on the color of their skin is completly incorrect and making racial tensions far worse.

There is a problem of economic and political disenfranchisment within minoirty communities that needs to be addressed. Ecouraging the narrative that minories are being hunted is not helping in any way.

Here's an interesting video of a BLM leader taking a Law Enforcement course on the stressors of the job.
