I have to move out in a rush ugh what a bother. My roommate lost her damn mind and accidentally let it slip on Friday that she's 2 months late on her portion of the rent. I live in a pretty expensive place, so I'm guessing she'll be about 7gs behind in a few days. I don't feel comfortable rocking with her on that at all.
I'm not waiting around for this hammer to drop. For sure we're going to get evicted but she's not being straight with me about anything. I've never seen anything like this before in my life. Luckily my sublease is with her not the home owner, I'm month to month now and it doesn't say anything at all about having to give notice because she wrote the shitty contract up herself. So as long as I'm out by the 15th which is next Tuesday, I'm free and clear. I found a better place in my old neighborhood, so bon voyage crazy bitch!
