Throwing a party next weekend and I'm already excited. I like doing themes with the food. It's gunna be a daytime bbq thing. Last time I made chicken (wings), waffles champagne brunch and soul food sides and it was really good. I'm tempted to do it again, but I was thinking maybe whiskey and ribs would be a nice switch up. Halp me decide. Chicken and waffles or whiskey and ribs?

- I'm all for the slow soft cook as well, crisping it up on the grill is a nice touch, I'd usually just beer bath them if using the grill.imbecile
