  But everyone has an email address, and know how to use it.
  I think that's the best way if you want to avoid spending to much time to explain how they should transfer the images to a probably overcomplicated system (installing a new app getting an account and all that crap). Jut ask them to send the images via email, and make some rules on your side because people are going to send you 1 image/email :)
