5 years a go the doctors recognised they treated negligently my daugther, and therefore she needed 2 operations for treat her appendicitis, said sorry for putting her life at risk...

We just wanted to forget it.

Now she've got a broken muscle, due to the past operations, and need to pass under the knife again.

We have explained the case to the new surgeon team... and those bastards are saying that we are lying and the operations papers and the case files are lost o.O

I do not want to go jail... but the next time, i don't know if i will act like a civilised person with them.

I'm tired, sad and really angry

    • shit, felix :( I'm so damned sorry you're battling such BULLSHIT. Are you able to find someone who can advocate for you that knows how to deal with...PonyBoy
    • Why on earth would they say you're lying? That's bizarre. Sorry to hear...set
    • ...the folks who 'lost' the case / op files? A good lawyer of sorts? Fuck. :( I hope your daughter feels better, friend—hang in there, be chill if u can. <3PonyBoy

    • I understand how documents and xrays can be lost. I can't understand how any professionals would accuse a parent with a sick child of lying about case history.set
    • Superfluous 'any' in there.set
    • They're trying to save their colleague's ass, obviously... Their faces when they're saying "you're lying" to my wife... unpayableOBBTKN
    • ^ I agree, but when that level of negligence happens the first time was when they have to pay and it would have created a record from any malpractice settlementyurimon
    • as time passes these things get legally clouded and more complicated.yurimon
