  Everyone I know that wants one never mention the environment, they just like the idea of not having to get gas, a good looking car, etc.
  I think it was very smart to make a nigher end car that has superb performance. I'd never drive a Prius or Volt, mostly because (the Prius at least), it's just a hideous piece of design.

  For me, the acceleration is still the mind blowing part. Go watch it trounce a Lamborghini Aventador (the Lambo eventually wins the 1/4 mile, but 90% of the Tesla is winning - that's insane!). That's really pretty amazing.

  • actually, the prius has some really nice models. The Volt is hideous, but the previous teslas didn't look good eitherMiguex
