    I bought a vape to replace smoking cigarettes when I drink, which was the only time I ever did.

    Now I vape all day and still smoke cigs when I drink.

    • let yourself run out of cigs and start using the vape as a replacement, it's the only way you can start the shiftmonospaced

    • Or just stop fullstop. 3 years clean of cigs after smoking for 20+ years. I cut down by using nico gum when drinking & stopped rest of time.microkorg
