I came across a stash of donated Peter Cook & Dudley Moore
vinyl in a charity shop warehouse in Milton Keynes at the
weekend along with other jazzy bits n bobs.

This album cover looked curious if a little bland, but flipping it
over it turns out to be a one sided promo LP for a picture
framing company plugged by Pete & Dud!
Featuring 'a light hearted appraisal of Britain's top group
in the picture moulding business' with a live set from
The Dudley Moore Trio at The Stables in Milton Keynes.

It also came with an insert.

An early Pete & Dud album produced by pre-fabs George Martin in 1961.

Another record I picked up on the strength of the sleeve
(and the fact that it was 50p) was this old Jazz album with
    Charlie Parker and friends.

In the same box was this early 70's smooth jazz thang produced by Sergio Mendes.

A bit of a more Latin vibe from Tony Hatch in '69 on this one.

I've a tatty copy of this which I used to have in my show box,
but this will be an upgrade as it's nice & shiny clean.

Another album I couldn't leave in the box as there must
be no-one within a 50 miles radius who would even give
this a second glance (for godsake I hope so)

    • Nice man! I'd be all over that Sergio Mendez one. I'm going to have to look that one upscruffics
