Three of the four remaining occupiers at the federal wildlife refuge in Oregon surrendered on Thursday morning with the remaining holdout declaring he wants “liberty or death,” according to a live stream of the negotiations.
David Fry refuses to leave the refuge until his demands are met.
“I declare war against federal government,” Fry said. “There’s no way to beat this anymore. Liberty or death.”
